The Pawleys Retreat Community has two property owners associations for the single family homes and the cluster homes. The Pawleys Retreat Property Owners Association is the parent association, inclusive of the cluster units. The Pawleys Retreat Cluster Unit Association represents the owners of the cluster units. The Property Owners Association has open meetings at second Monday at 7 p.m. at the public library.
