Monthly Board Meetings-Are the second Monday
of each month and are held at the Waccamaw Library and begin at
7 p.m. These meetings are open to all property owners. Check the
Calendar for any changes.
Anyone interested in serving on the POA Board, ARC or Nominating
Committee please fill out the application form on the website or
contact a board member for more information. An application may
be downloaded from this website. The annual meeting and election
of officers is in November. There may be openings for appointment
due to changes in current board member status.
We are eager to meet all new homeowners and renters new to Pawleys
Retreat. Simply let us know about anyone new in the neighborhood
at board@pawleysretreat.org.
To report street lights out, ditches that need cleaning, or pot
holes that need filling, just let us know and we will forward the
request to the proper agencies.
We are always in need of volunteers to work on events and projects.
Contact a board member if you are interested in helping out.

information. If you have questions not answered on the web site
